David Eads, beloved husband, father, and friend to all passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 9th. We are comforted in the fact that he went peacefully while watching golf (taking a nap) in his recliner, remote in hand. His last couple of weeks where spent enjoying time with family over Memorial Day weekend, attending parties with friends, playing golf, and having the love of his life, Patricia Eads, by his side the entire time. They would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on June 18th. They absolutely adored each other as much or more than the day they were married, and they were truly best friends.

Dave had more integrity and honesty than most people you’ll meet. He had a quick wit (even though it came off as a bit dry for those that didn’t know him) and loved to tell a great story. He loved his family, friends, and the game of golf, in that order. Dave’s proudest moment on the golf course was his hole in one at Pebble Brook Golf Club on June 3rd, 2015.

Dave was an amazing, generous, and loving father to Mark Eads (Jennifer) of Cape Coral, FL and their children Kaylee (Jacob), Jack, and Sophia; and Carissa McCleery (Tom) of Ferguson, MO and their children Raegan and Kaelyn.

He served in the US Air Force from 1965-69, which included a tour of duty in Diyarbakir, Turkey, attaining rank of Staff Sergeant. Dave worked in the field of employee benefits, ultimately owning his own company, Administrative Concepts, Inc. He was very active as a Boy Scout troop leader. He served as a member of the Warren Township School Board and served as the Board President in 1992 and 1995.

As requested, Dave will be cremated.  We will be gathering to celebrate his life on Friday, June 15th. Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating his life at the Pebble Brook Golf Club at 3110 Westfield Rd, Noblesville, IN 46062 from 4-8 PM. In lieu of sending flowers, please send donations to the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org/donate.

Rest peacefully, Dave, and know your life will be celebrated as we raise a glass to toast the incredible legacy you have left behind.
